hey, it's been 2 years since I played frequently and I want to come back
thing is for downloading songs I used a tool called BeatSyncConsole which automatically downloaded my liked songs from BeastSaber, popular songs from beatsaver and several playlists with specific stars from ScoreSaber. But this tool gives me an error when creating scoresaber playlists.
is there any new tool similar to this one or can you share the tools that are used now to download and organize songs?

The scoresaber.com and in-game highscores are different, and the in-game one is outdated. It is also causing my replay to not be watchable. I am on a downgraded 1.28 version and the song came out recently but I am not sure if that has anything to do with it. Is there any way I can update the highscores?

I recently switched to the claws mod to get a better workout and it's great so far. My only problem is, that I now get much worse scores and this really digs into my motivation, since I no longer get high scores at all. I know, that Scoresaber does not allow to reset your account. And since I just want to track my personal progress, I would be happy for any idea to track my progress locally. I would be also gratefiul for any other idea.

I have always used ScoreSaber on mod assistant. And I recently discovered BeatLeader to be another leaderboard. I was wondering which one has better features, more users or more ranked maps? What are the pros and cons of each one and which one should I use? Should I migrate to BeatLeader? Can I use both?

from my understanding, song with notes connected by a line and/or the swipe mini boxes (sorry, I don't know what to call them) aren't given rankings in ScoreSaber
Has the creators given a reason for this? I don't recall when I first saw these notes but it feels like its been in the game for a while now

I just connected to Beat Saber and realized that my scores from ScoreSaber have changed for most (if not all) of the tracks.
It looks like the new system is giving more importance to the difficulty, and a bit less to precision (my new top score is a 12* with 81% accuracy while it used to be a 10* with 91% accuracy.
Has anybody else noticed the same? In my case my global rank has not been too much alternated, got me a few ranks up only.

And I have my account in game because I am now top 800 and have been wanting to log into my account on the website but every time I try it just wants a steam account and I only have an oculus account?

Am I the only one who thinks the scoresaber curve could use a rework? Before you hit me with all the skill issue comments just hear me out.
From a player standpoint I feel like the curve focuses a little too much on accuracy and needs to take difficulty/speed/tech into account a bit more. A good example of this would be a 96 on the top diff of final phase would be roughly 600pp whereas a the current pp record is a 700 on voices from heaven, still an insanely good score don't get me wrong, but the final phase score would be much more impressive imo and isn't really rewarded any pp (from a top players perspective at least).
From a viewer standpoint, watching someone get a 98 on a 7-8 star map is kinda boring and the rankings on both ss and bl are kinda stale rn ngl.
I've also been out of the loop with this game for the last couple months so forgive me if there is an update in the works or something that I just didn't know about.

I don’t mind how star ratings are calculated now, but the curve just feels like scoresaber v2 now to me.
I mean I haven’t played ranked in ages but, I don’t think I’ll ever bother playing it again if it’s just going to remain like this.

I'm getting top 300-600 scores on beatleader for most of the songs in my ability (6.5bps or so for now). That feels good to me, but I don't know how many of the players in the world are being represented on beatleader, let alone the specific songs I am playing. How would a 300 translate to scoresaber for instance?
Beatleader says I am 12000 in the world- how does that compare to scoresaber, and how does the beatleader sample size translate my 12000 to real world?
